ZFD专门化品系猪主要选育性状相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 试验应用SPSS15.0软件的Canonical correlation模块的Cancorr程序对247头ZFD专门化品系猪主要选育性状进行典型相关分析,筛选起主要作用的性状,以更有效指导育种工作。ZFD专门化品系猪的主要选育性状典型相关分析结果表明:体重性状、体尺性状、100 kg体重校正日龄和背膘厚3组性状间均存在较强相关。体重性状与体尺性状间、体重性状与100 kg体重校正日龄和背膘厚间的第一典型相关系数均达极显著相关水平(P<0.01),分别为0.891和0.925,占总相关的95.90%和99.00%;体尺性状与100 kg体重校正日龄和背膘厚间的第一、二典型相关系数均达显著相关(P<0.05),第一典型相关系数为0.841,占总相关的96.09%。分析表明,12项选育性状中6月龄体重、6月龄体长、胸围、100 kg体重校正日龄起主要作用。 In order to choose the traits acting main function and even more efficaciously directing breeding, the canonical correlation among main traits of 247 specific line ZFD was conducted applying with Cancorr program of canonical correlation module of SPSS in this experiment. The results indicated that correlation among the traits of body weight, body measurement, age-corrected and backfat thick-ness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg was significant. The first coefficients of canonical correlation of body weight with body measurement, body weight with age-corrected and backfat thickness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg was significant(P〈0.01), the canonical correlation coefficients were 0.891 and 0.925, respectively, and represented 95.90% and 99.00% of total correlation. The first and second canonical correlation coefficients of body measurement with age-corrected and backfat thickness-corrected of weighting at 100 kg were significant (P 〈0.05), the first canonical correlation coefficients were 0.841, and represented 96.09% of total correlation. Results showed that weight, body length, chest girth for 6 month, age-corrected of weighting at 100 kg were the main traits.
