暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝体培养基的碳源、氮源及无机盐的筛选研究 被引量:14

摘要 通过单因子试验和正交试验,研究了不同碳源、氮源及无机盐对暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长的最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最佳氮源为酵母膏,最适无机盐为KH2PO4和Mg-SO4.7H2O。最佳培养基配比为:葡萄糖20 g,酵母膏1 g,MgSO4.7H2O 1.5 g,KH2PO41 g,去皮马铃薯200 g,琼脂20 g,H2O 1 L。 By the single factor test and orthogonal test, the effects of different sources of carbon, nitrogen and inorganic salts on the growth of Phlebopus portentosus mycelia were studied. The results showed that the best carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose and yeast cream, respectively. KH2PO4 and MgSO4·7H2O were the most suitable mineral salts. The optimal compositions were as follows:glucose 20g, yeast cream 1g, MgSO4·7H2O 1.5g, KH2PO4 1g, potato 200g, agar 20g,H2O 1L.
