摘要
针对某石化装置循环水系统的玻璃钢夹砂管爆管事故,本文通过力学性能试验、宏观、微观观察等一系列试验,系统地分析了管道失效原因及机理,并为正确选型及操作运行提供了相应的建议。
According to a bursting accident of silicon san tem, this paper analyzes failure mechanism of FRP pipe based croscopic observation. The countermeasures for selection and dwiched FRP pipe in petrochemical process water syson the mechanical property test, macroscopic and mioperation are put forward.
