Synthesis of Trifluoromethyl-cyclopropane Derivatives

在氟化钾存在下,含三氟甲基贫电子烯烃与一系列鉮盐反应,合成了3个新的2-三氟甲基-3-芳基甲酰基-1-乙氧羰基环丙烷,其结构经1HNMR,13C NM R,19F NMR,IR和MS表征,立体异构体用二维核磁共振技术确证。

Three novel 2-trifluoromethyl-3-arylforrnyl-1-ethoxycarbonyl-cyclopropanes（5a～5c） were synthesized by the reaction of electron-deficient olefin containing trifluoromethyl and a series of arsonium bromides in the presence of K.F. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, IR and MS. The stereoconfiguration of 5 was confirmed by nuclear overhauser effect spectroscopy （NOESY）.
