邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类化合物的合成

Synthesis of Anthranilic Diamide Derivatives

摘要 以邻硝基苯甲酸或对氯邻硝基苯甲酸为原料,经酰氯化、胺化、还原、胺解4步反应,合成了6个新的邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类化合物,总收率66%~73%,其结构经’HNMR,MS和元素分析表征。 Six novel anthranilic diamide derivatives in total yields of 66% -73% were synthesized from o-nitrobenzoic acid or p-chloro-o-nitrobenzoic acid by a four-step reaction of acyl chlorination, amination, reduction and ammonolysis. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.
