军队远程教育对我国公安远程教育的启示

系统地实施公安远程教育是公安教育工作者长期研究和实践热点之一。与公安行业最具近缘特点的军队系统在利用远程教育手段提高官兵的能力、素质和学历水平,提高军队训练的信息化水平等方面进行了有效探索。我国公安系统开展远程教育和远程培训已经具备了政策、需求、技术、资源、探索、借鉴和研究等基础。公安院校可借鉴军队经验,从以下几方面为切入点:科学设置公安远程教育的课程体系,基于公安专网建设综合技术平台,建设和整合优质的教育训练资源、提高教师网络教学策略和网络助学能力,推进"大教育""大培训"格局体系的构建。

How to carry out distance education systematically in the police system has long been a hot issue among police educators. The military,which is vocationally similar to the police,has made effective exploration on how to improve the ability,quality and education level of the officers and soldiers ,as well as the informational level of the troops through distance education. Such foundations as the policy,demands,technology,resources,references and research are mature for the distance education and training in China's police system. The following are some cutting points:to set up a scientific curriculum system for police distance education,to construct a comprehensive technical platform based on the police network,to build up and integrate high quality educational resources,to improve teachers' online instruction ability,and to form a 'big education,big training' system.
