摘要 磁共振波谱(MRS)是一种无创性研究活体组织代谢、生化变化及代谢物定量分析的方法。许多疾病在发生和发展的过程中存在化学成分的变化,利用MRS可以检测到这种变化,这一理论在中枢神经系统、乳腺和肝脏的研究中已经有所体现并得到初步应用。体外组织提取液代谢组织学对肾癌的研究已有不少报道;
