Numb的研究现状及展望 被引量:5

摘要 细胞命运决定子(Numb),是一种膜相关蛋白分子,在细胞的非对称分裂中起决定作用。作为NOTCH通路的重要下调因子,其生物学作用与肿瘤相关受体NOTCH关系密切,在体内与NOTCH的相互作用共同控制着细胞分化/增殖的平衡,参与生物体内诸多重要的生理过程,并与多种恶性肿瘤的形成过程相关。笔者对Numb目前的研究现状进行综述。
