摘要
目的:RASSF1家族与癌变的发生密切相关。为探究RASSF1家族与癌变发生生理机制的相关性,分析该家族中RASSF1B的生物学功能。方法:应用RT-PCR的方法结合生物信息学,初步探索基因RASSF1B的生物学功能。结果:该基因在所测试的几种肿瘤细胞中均有表达,但表达量有差异。通过生物信息学得知,该基因含有1个Ras结合区域和1个SARAH区域。结论:RASSF1B基因的编码产物功能结构域在肿瘤的发生过程中起作用。
Objective: The RASSF1 gene family are remarkably involved in the development of cancer. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between cancer development and the RASSFI gene family and the biological function of the RASSF1B gene. Methods: The biological function of the RASSF1 B gene was studied by RT-PCR and biological informaties analysis. Results: The RASSF1B gene expressed in the tested tumor cells in different degrees. Biological informatics analysis showed that the RASSF1 B gene contained a Ras protein binding domain and an SARAH region. Conclusion : The product of the RASSF1 B gene plays a role in the tumor development.
