摘要
糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。有研究表明,线粒体功能障碍在糖尿病心肌病的发生、发展过程中起着关键作用,而线粒体功能的正常发挥,依赖于线粒体膜结构的稳定。对糖尿病心肌线粒体膜分子改变及相关机制进行研究,有助于人们对糖尿病心肌病的深入认识,对其治疗措施有所突破,具有重要的指导意义。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the main causes of death in diabetic patients. Mitochondrial dysfunction plays a key role in the development of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and mitochondrial function depends on the stabilization of the mitoehondrial membrane structure. Studies on the molecu'lar alteration and the underlying mechanism of the cardiocyte mitochondrial membrane of the diabetic heart may give us deeper insights into diabetic cardiomyopathy, and help us make a breakthrough in the therapeutic strategies.
