摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地虎杖中白藜芦醇的含量。结果表明,虎杖中白藜芦醇含量最高达到0.412%,最低为0.186%,不同产地虎杖的品质有一定的差异。
Determination of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum from Different Habitats by HPLC. The results indicated that the resveratrol content of the Polygonum cuspidatum is the highest reaching 0.412% and the lowerest reaching 0.186%, The quality of Polygonum cuspidatum from Different are obviously different.
