有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚体的制备及表征 被引量:2

The synthesis and characterization of polyurethane modified with siloxane

摘要 以聚己二酸乙二醇酯、甲苯-2,4二异氰酸酯、二元醇、羟基硅油为主要原料,合成有机硅改性聚氨酯密封剂预聚体。用红外光谱法对其结构进行表征,同时测定预聚体的物理性能。结果表明,合成的聚氨酯密封剂预聚体受环境温度、空气湿度影响小,存放时间长,因此提高了密封胶力学性能。 A series of polyurethane sealants modified with siloxane were synthesized, which used toluene-2,4- diisocyanate(TDI), ethylene glycol adipate, dibastic alcohol and hydroxy erminated silicon oil as the main materials. The structure of the product were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy as well as the the mechanical properties were measured. The results of the experiment showed that the modified silylated polyurethane sealants had excellent mechanical properties and the synthetic method was simple.
