摘要
采用高温固相合成法合成Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料,研究了B2O3对于合成温度、基质物相及余辉性能的影响。实验表明:1250℃时,B含量为12.5%的长余辉材料基质的主要物相为Sr4Al14O25,发射主峰为490nm,余辉时间可达24h以上。
In this paper, long after-glow material Sr4Al14O25:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ is synthesized by using solid-phase method, and a systemic research on the effect of amount of B2O3 on synthesis temperature, substances phase, and performance of afterglow is carried out. Experiment conducted shows that when 12.5% B2O3 is added, the long after-glow material synthesized at 1250℃ mainly consists of Sr4Al14025 and long after-glow lasts 24 hours while its emission peak value is 490nm.
