电场处理对赤葵种子萌发期发芽率抗盐性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用不同强度的电场处理赤葵种子,分别在无盐和0.5%盐浓度下测定电场对种子发芽窭的影响.统计分析表明:在0.5~4.5kV/cm场强范围,不同电场强度对种子的发芽率影响不同.在0.5%盐浓度下,用2.0kV/cm的电场处理赤葵种子,种子发芽率可提高14.4%,在无盐状态下,用1.0kV/cm的电场处理赤葵种子,种子发芽率可提高11.6%. After the Chikui seeds were treated with different electric fields,the effect of electric field on the germination ratio is tested under salt stress conditions and no salt stress conditions. The statistical results showed that different electric fields ranging from 0. 5 kV/cm to 4. 5 kV/cm influence the germination ra,io differently. The germination ratio increased by 14. 4% with the treatment of 2.0 kV/cm under the condition of salt concentration being 0.5%and by 11.6% with the treatment of 1.0 kV/cm under the no salt stress condition.
