中国高等师范教育的困境、问题与出路

Plights,Problems and Outlets in Chinese Higher Normal Education

伴随着中国由计划经济向市场经济的深刻转变,传统高等师范教育的培养模式受到了冲击,高等师范院校的生存和发展面临着困境。另外,在新形势下高等师范教育办学中存在的问题也制约着它的发展。为此,高等师范院校要摆脱困境、解决问题,就必须进行卓有成效的改革:既应加强与中小学的合作、又要整合教师的职前教育和在职培训。

With the deep transformation from the planned economy to the market economy in China,the traditional model of higher normal education is impacted.Subsequently,the existence and development of higher normal institutions are confronted with some plights,whose reasons are from both external pressure and internal factors.Therefore,higher normal institutions will have to reform efficiently for solving current problems.In terms of the reform,its success depends on the below measures： to strengthen the cooperation with elementary and high schools; to integrate pre- service teacher education and in- service teacher training.
