高职院校辅导员在日常思想政治教育和管理中应实施"三自一导"管理模式。探讨该模式的依据、实施方案、推行条件、需注意的问题等,以期为高职院校辅导员工作体制的改革提供一条新思路。

Counselors working in higher vocational colleges should implement the ＂Three- Self- One- Guide＂ model in their routine ideological and political education and management. This article probes into the foundation of the model, its implementation schemes and conditions and questions that demand attention, in the hope of providing a new thought for counseling system reform in higher vocational colleges.
