摘要
随着高校辅导员队伍专业化和职业化趋势的不断发展,辅导员队伍建设的机制亟待更新。本文从"高进"的选聘机制、"重养"的培训机制、"严管"的考核机制、"优待"的激励机制、"宽出"的流动机制五个方面探讨辅导员队伍的建设机制。
With the development of college counselors' specialization and professionalization, college counselor team construction cries for new mechanisms. This paper offers possibilities from five aspects: high- standard recruiting mechanism, selective training mechanism, strict evaluating mechanism and preferential incentive mechanism.
