辅导员的喜好影响学生干部队伍的选拔,能改变学生思想行为,影响班级建设。要避免因喜好不同而消极影响班级风气,辅导员和学生都需要按照规章制度办事。

The counselor＇s preferences influence the process of selecting student carders and can change students＇ ideology and behavior thus affecting the class construction. The counselor must try hard to avoid negative influences of his or her preferences upon the class atmosphere and abide by the rules and regulations together with students.
