摘要
学生、教师、校园环境与条件是学生教育管理的工作主体,是影响学生教育管理效果最重要的因素。认清高职学生的特点、高职学工队伍的现状、高职院校当前的教育环境与条件,是高职院校有效开展学生教育管理的前提条件。
Student, teacher, campus environment and condition constitute the main body of student education and management and are the most important influential factors. Recognizing the characteristics of students of higher vocational colleges, the status quo of their student management team and their current education environment and condition is the prerequisite for efficient education and management.
