急性左心衰竭68例临床分析

Acute Left Ventricular Failure Clinical Analysis of 68 Cases

目的:探讨急性左心衰竭的诱因、临床特征、早期诊断及正确的治疗对策。方法:对68例住院的急性左心衰患者进行回顾性分析。结果:急性左心衰竭在老年人中多见,在急性左心衰竭的诱因中感染最多见,其次为急性血压升高、排便用力及快速心律失常,病因以冠心病多见,高血压心脏病次之。结论:及时发现、诊断、治疗并针对病因、消除诱因,可减少病死率。另外,提示对高血压患者平时应尽量控制血压,冠心病应控制心绞痛,及早发现急性左心衰竭的先兆,可减少病死率。

Objective：To discuss acute left ventricular failure of incentives, treatment of Methods： 68 cases of hospitalized patients with clinical features, early diagnosis and proper acute left heart failure were retrospectively analyzed.Results：A acute left ventricular failure in the elderly were the most common, followed by acute high blood pressure, forced defecation and rapid arrhythmia, Most of disease causes were coronary heart and hypertensive heart disease followed. Conclusions： Timely detection, diagnosis, treatment should be cause to remove incentives to reduce mortality. In addition, the tips of hypertension patients in peacetime should try to control blood pressure, coronary heart disease patients should control angina, early detection of acute left ventricular failure of the sign, can reduce the mortality.
