摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声引导在经皮肾镜取石术中的临床价值。方法:对42例肾结石患者彩超引导下定位穿刺,经皮肾镜取石。结果:42例患者超声引导下均1次穿刺成功。41例患者1次性手术取石成功,占97.8%,1例鹿角形结石1次手术残留,占2.2%。没有明显出血等并发症发生。结论:彩超引导在经皮肾镜取石术中定位准确,术中监测,及时评价疗效,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective： To probe the clinic value of color Doppler ultrasound- guided percutaneous endoscopic nephrolithotomy （PCNL）. Methods：Color Doppler ultrasound- guided PCNL in 42 patients with renal calculi were studied. Results：Color Doppler ultrasound - guided in All patients were totally performed first time.41 patients of Color Doppler ultrasound - guided PCNL was successful firstly. The successful rate was 97.8 %. The operation of 1 patient with staghorn stones was failure. There were serious blood loss. Conclusions： Color Doppler ultrasound- guided operation is an accurate method which is valuable in PCNL.
