摘要 船舶艏侧推装置主要有采用螺旋桨变距控制和定螺距桨的电机正、反转三速控制两种,其缺点是智能程度低,线路复杂,耗能高。该研究针对定螺距桨的船舶艏侧推装置,利用变频技术实现变频电机的调速控制,利用PLC技术实现设备的远程智能控制,不仅简化设备,降低成本,减少维护工作量,而且提高的控制性能,改善工作动态过程,减少艏侧推引起的电网冲击、节能。论文论述了变频控制的设计及其重要参数设计和调试,根据负载特性给出相应的控制规律,还从现场总线角度分析控制系统的实现并给出PLC程序设计的说明。 There are two type bow thruster in used, one is CPP(controllable propeller pitch), another is fixed propeller pitch with 3 speed control. traditional control systems were low intelligent, complicated circuit and high wasted energy. Now, for the fixed propeller pitch bow thruster, one new method has been researched that uses frequency conversion technology to realize governor control of the motor, and achieves remote intelligent control with the PLC. So, not only the system is single, the cost is decreased the maintenance require is lower, but also the control performance is advanced, process performance is improved, the power impact is decreased and power is saved. In the paper, the design of the variable-frequency control system and the important parameters are discoursed, the control rule corresponding to the load characteristic is given, the PLC program is explained and the system configuration with field bus control is analysed.
