摘要 分析国内外QCS的差距和定量水分控制的特点,设计了基于S7-300PLC且适用于中小型板纸机的QCS系统。该QCS系统关键部分硬件采用进口器件配置,并与纸机干燥部和湿部子系统互相通讯,对定量水分进行测量和控制。采用由模糊神经网络与PID相结合的控制策略,其较强的鲁棒性和自适应功能有效抑制了定量水分的波动,实现了定量水分的精确测量和控制。 According to the difference between domestic and overseas QCS and the characteristic of fixed moisture content control, a quality control system (QCS) based on S7-300 PLC for medium-and-small-sized board-paper making machines is designed. The new QCS is composed of some hardware from abroad and communicates with dry part system and wet part system for application. The fixed moisture content is measured and controlled in this system. Control strategy combined PID control with fuzzy neural control is used, thereby fluctuation of basis weight and moisture is restrained greatly by strong robust and automatism function. The application in practical paper-making factory proves that the fixed moisture content is measured and controlled accurately by this QCS.
