摘要
本文对中国教育政策传播模式变化进行了考查。在内部传播系统、通过媒体中介的传播和与公众的直接传播中,教育政策传播模式都发生了深刻的变化,即由直线模式转向波形模式,由政策宣传模式转向新闻发布模式,由窗口模式转向压力模式,逐步从原来占主导的单向传播转变为相互作用的双向传播。传播框架和逻辑正在发生着由"控制和宣传"向"协商和互动"的清晰转型。
This paper explores the communication models of education policies in China, which was classified into six sub-models according to the communication routes and relationship. Among the internal communication system, mediated communication and directly public communication models, profound changes have occurred, including changing from the linear model to the waveform model, from the propaganda model to the press conference model, from the windows model to the pressure model, that is, from dominating one way communication into two way communication. The framework and logic of communication are clearly transforming from “control and propaganda” into “negotiation and interaction”.
