摘要
目的探讨关键影像标注和电子胶片在临床工作中的应用价值。方法基于DICOM标准构建关键影像标注集成模型、胶片打印服务器,实现关键影像标注、电子胶片在临床工作中的应用,观察关键影像标注、电子胶片的临床应用效果。结果关键影像标注和电子胶片在医院的应用,有效节省了医生的阅片时间、减少了传统胶片的用量、推动了放射质控的电子化,提高了工作质量和效率。结论在临床工作中实现关键影像标注和胶片电子化,可以提高医生工作质量和效率。
Objective To investigate the actual effects of KIN (Key Image Notes) and electronic -film in clinic work. Methods The real - world effects of the implementation of the Key Image Note and the electronic film print on demand in medicine are investigated. The KIN and electronic film managements are totally realized under the DICOM standard infrastructure, and their clinical benefits are evaluated. Results The application of KIN and electronic film in PACS/RIS reduces the turn -around time of the reading -film procedure in clinic work, decreases the consumption of hard - copy films, and improves the quality and efficiency of doctors'routine work. Conclusion KIN and electronic -film in clinical medicine have better valve in improving quality and efficiency of doctors' work.
