摘要
介绍航天器管路系统总装的技术难点导致传统的总装模式必须依托航天器整体环境,管路制造过程与总装过程串行,效率较低。现有的CAD/CAM一体化自动弯管技术和模板管路制造技术可在一定程度上解决问题,但均有其局限性。通过管路制造过程前移、复制工艺样管、管路设计制造全过程CAD/CAM一体化的技术途径,可将管路制造过程从航天器总装过程中分离出来独立完成,摆脱对航天器整体环境的依赖,实现管路产品化,大幅度缩短总装周期。
The technical difficulty in integration of spacecraft pipeline system leads to the fact that the traditional general assembly must depend on the spacecraft overall environment,in which the manufacture and integration processes of pipelines should be conducted serially,and as a result the efficiency is comparatively low.The current available CAD/CAM integration auto-bending pipeline technology and form board pipeline fabrication technology can solve the problem to a certain extent,but both have limitation. By advancing the pipeline manufacturing, copying technical pipeline and adopting CAD/CAM integration in the entire process, we can separate pipeline manufacturing from spacecraft general assembly, in dependent of the spacecraft overall environment, realize pipeline production in batch, and shorten the integration time.
