乳腺癌组织中Cks1的表达及其对乳腺癌细胞凋亡的抑制作用

目的观察Cks1在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测100例乳腺癌组织中的Cks1;同时用RNA干扰敲降Cks1表达,观察其对乳腺癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果乳腺癌组织中Cks1阳性率为59%,与淋巴结转移和临床分期有关(P<0.05);敲降Cks1表达可显著增加乳腺癌细胞的凋亡。结论Cks1表达可促进乳腺癌发生发展,与其抑制细胞凋亡有关。

Objective To investigate the expression and inhibition effect on cell apoptosis of Cksl in breast cancer and investigate its significance. Methods Immunohlstochemical staining method of SP was used to examine 100 samples of breast cancer. At the same time, effects of Cksl knockdown on breast cancer cell apoptosis were examined. Results The positive ratio of Cksl in breast cancer was 59%. The expression of Cksl was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Knockdown of Cksl promoted apoptosis of breast cancer cells. Conclusion Cksl expression can promote genesis and progression of breast cancer,it may be related to cell apoptosis inhibition.
