人工全膝关节置换术治疗OA及RA疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察人工全膝关节置换术治疗骨关节炎(OA)和类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法共行人工全膝关节置换术21例23膝。术前HSS评分(28.42±9.64)分,其中疼痛评分(7.46±2.48)分。结果本组术后HSS评分为(87.85±4.57)分,疼痛评分为(29.41±0.38)分,与术前相比,P均<0.01。疗效为优18膝,良5膝。患者术后X线片均显示膝关节假体位置、力线良好,股骨、胫骨及髌骨假体周围无X线透亮线,假体无任何松动迹象。结论人工全膝关节置换术能有效缓解OA、RA患者的疼痛,改善膝关节功能。
