矿化剂对水热合成铌酸锶钡粉体的影响

EFFECT OF MINERALIZER ON THE PREPARATION OF STRONTIUM BARIUM NIOBATE POWDER BY HYDROTHERMAL METHOD

摘要 用水热法制备铌酸锶钡粉体,研究了矿化剂的种类和浓度对粉体晶相和形貌的影响,XRD结果表明:以KOH为矿化剂利于铌酸锶钡晶相的形成,当KOH的浓度为0.5mol/L时,所得铌酸锶钡晶体发育最完全。SEM显示:所得铌酸锶钡晶体为长约2.0μm的针状晶,且粉体颗粒之间有一定的团聚。 Strontium barium niobate powders were prepared by hydrothermal method in present paper. The effect of type and concentration of mineralizer on the preparation was studied by XRD and SEM. The XRD results show that compared with NH3·H2O, KOH is a better mineralizer for preparing SrxBa1-xNb2O6 powders in our experiment. The strontium barium niobate crystals grow the most perfectly when the concentration of KOH was 0.5mol/L. The SEM result tells us that strontium barium niobate crystals were needle-like, and aggregated to some degree.
