重型刮板机链轮齿部加工

摘要 刮板机是煤矿重要运输机械之一,链轮作为其核心部件,齿部为多重渐开线组合,加工时需要三轴联动才能完成,加工精度直接影响着整机的性能和寿命。利用三维造型软件SolidWorks对链轮进行精确三维造型,并利用CAMwork结合加工中心最终实现产品的数控加工,提高了生产效率,降低了制造成本。 Scrapper is one of the important transportation machinery in coal mine, sprocket as its core component, its teeth is the combination of multiple involute. So it need be produced by three-axis linkage, and the machining accuracy affects the performance and life of the machine directly. In this paper,accurate three-dimensional modeling for sprocket was realized by SolidWorks and then the NC machining for the sprocket was accomplished by combining the CAMwork with machining center. This method can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
