摘要 晶须生长本质都是晶体在溶液中的成核与生长。按照一般常规,提高水热温度和延长水热时间,都有利于晶须的生长。但是,作者在试验过程中发现了AlOOH"逆转"生长的现象,即出现了由须状向片状方向的逆转,长纤维向短纤维甚至于向椭圆状、圆粒状的逆转。对这一现象作了深入细致的分析,结合结晶动力学理论,给予了适当的解释。此外,还建立了AlOOH晶须生长的基元模型,运用透射所得的结晶形态及X光衍射反射点阵特点,反证了关于晶须生长基元模型推断的正确性。 The essence of whiskers growth is the process of crystal nucleation and growth in solution. According to conventional theory, raising hydrothermal temperature and extending hydrothermal time are all helpful to the whiskers growth. However,in the experiment process that studied in this paper,the "reversal" growth phenomenon of AlOOH nano whiskers is found, that is the AlOOH nano whiskers transform from whiskers to flake, from long fiber to short fiber,even to elliptic or circular granular. Based on this phenomenon,a further and careful analysis is made,and according to the crystallization kinetics theory, the proper explanation is given. In addition, using the characteristics of crystalline patterns and X-ray diffraction reflection lattice,the growth elementary model of AlOOH whiskers is established, finally the accuracy of the growth elementary model inference is demonstrated.
