Research of Production Process and Equipments on One Type of Pill Container

随着国防科技工业的不断发展,新技术和新材料应用逐渐增多,给军品生产工艺带来了新的课题。本文介绍了某种复合材料药盒从原材料投入、分切、复合、半盒成型到成盒的加工工艺过程,及主要工艺装备的工作原理。

With the continuing development of science technology and industry for national defense, the application of new technology and materials increased gradually, so new subject is brought to the military production. This paper introduces the process for one type of composite material pill container, from the raw materials inputs, cutting, compound, forming of semi-finished pill container to the forming of finished container. Meanwhile the working principle of the main process equipments is discussed.
