结构陶瓷成型技术与发展

Forming Technology and Development on Structure Ceramic

成型技术是制备陶瓷材料的一个重要环节,尤其对结构陶瓷的制备更是如此,本文介绍了直接凝固注模成型、注射成型、凝胶注模成型、无模成型、自反应喷射成型等几种结构陶瓷的成型方法,对其成型原理、特点作了简要概述,最后对这几种结构陶瓷的成型方法进行了展望。

Forming technology is an important link in the preparation of ceramic material, especially for the preparation to structure ceramic. This paper introduced several kinds of forming methods for ceramic structure such as Direct Coagulation Casting, Injection Molding, Gel Casting, Solid Freeform Fabrication, Self--reactive Spray Forming and so on. And then this paper summarized the principle of forming and characteristic. Finally this paper looks forward the future of these forming methods on structure ceramic.
