This paper introduces mainly the process control system composed of WinAC controller, describes in great detail the composition of system and hardware design. The system configuration and writing of process control program are introduced too. This system integrates the merits of PLC with that of PC, has high reliability, easy maintenance, expansibility and easy to second development.
