数字化抑制偏磁的100%低地板车载充电机研制 被引量:1

摘要 100%低地板车是一种新型、人性化的城市轨道交通车辆。介绍了100%低地板车用充电机的主电路系统结构和控制系统模式,分析了采用隔直电容抑制变压器偏磁的不利影响,并着重对数字化方法抑制高频变压器直流偏磁的控制进行了介绍,最后给出了试验波形。结果表明,采用全数字化控制抑制变换器变压器偏磁的方法正确有效,充电机运行可靠。 100% low floor vehicle(LFV) is a new-style, humanized urban rail transit vehicle.The main circuit design and control system of 100% LFV battery charger are presented.The disadvantages of using parallel capacitors in main circuit are analyzed.To suppress the DC bias of high-frequency transformer, a full digital control method is adopted.In the end, some experiment waveforms are given and analyzed.The conclusions show that the developed full-digital-control battery charger is stable, and the digital anti-DC bias method is reliable.
