摘要
针对目前传统大功率应急电源(Emergency Power Supply,简称EPS)存在的体积大、效率低、成本高的局限性,研究了一种基于双向PWM变换器的EPS主电路拓扑,设计并给出了电路逆变环节的主要参数。针对在前级Boost斩波升压电路和后级全桥逆变电路进行级联时出现的逆变输出正弦波幅值不足的问题,提出了母线电压反馈控制与逆变输出的专家PI控制相结合的方式,并以此为研究对象进行了深入的理论研究和实验论证,证实了主电路拓扑与控制方式的可行性。
In view of the problem that routine emergency power supply(EPS) can not satisfy the user requirements for volume and efficiency, the main circuit for EPS base on double PWM converter is studied, and the primary parameter of the inverter is designed.When the Boost chopper circuit is connected to the full bridge converter, shortcoming of the circuit is discovered that the inversion output has distortion.A correction is proposed that the bus voltage and the inversion output are controlled on-line with feedbacks.Expert PI controller is applied for the correction.The main circuit and control method are verified by the test results of theoretical and experimental verification.
