摘要
目的:通过动物实验,观察电针百会、风府、肾俞、悬钟穴位对老年性痴呆大鼠行为学及血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,并进一步探讨其机制。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,模型组、电针组、西药组及针药结合组,腹腔注射D-半乳糖制备老年性痴呆模型大鼠,测试行为学及检测血清MDA的含量。结果:与模型组相比,电针组、西药组及针药结合组能延长跳台实验潜伏期,减少错误次数,降低血清MDA含量,且以针药结合组为著。结论:电针百会、风府、肾俞、悬钟可以延长跳台实验潜伏期,减少错误次数,降低血清MDA含量,其机制可能是通过增强氧自由基清除系统的功能,提高机体抗氧化能力实现。
Objective:Through animal experiments,observation Electro-acupuncture of Baihui,Fengfu,Shenshu,Xuanzhong Point of Alzheimer's disease rats’ behavior and serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content,and to further explore its mechanism.Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups,model group,electro-acupuncture group,western medicine and acupuncture and Chinese herbs group,intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose preparation of Alzheimer's disease model rats,testing behavior and serum MDA content.Results:Compared with model group,electro-acupuncture group,western medicine and acupuncture combined with the experimental group will extend the platform latency,reduce errors,reduce serum MDA content and with acupuncture and Chinese herbs for the group.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture of Baihui,Fengfu,Shenshu,Xuanzhong The incubation period can be extended experimental platform to reduce the error frequency,lower serum MDA content,its mechanism may be through the enhancement of oxygen free radical scavenging system to enhance antioxidation ability to achieve
