摘要
通过丙烯酸盐喷膜材料在静态水环境中受复合侵蚀性介质浸泡的试验以及力学性能测试,观察防水材料试样的相对质量变化、离子残留量变化和拉伸强度值等性能的测试,探讨侵蚀性介质混合后对防水材料的腐蚀性,研究各侵蚀介质相互间的抑制关系。试验结果表明,当Cl-浓度小于7.5%时,可以一定程度上有效的抑制SO42-和强碱对防水膜的腐蚀作用,SO42-和强碱则会加速防水膜的腐蚀。
Through the marinated test by the composite corrosive medium and mechanical properties of acrylate spray-applied waterproof membrane in the static water environment, the relative quality change,the ion' residual quantity change and the iensile- strength value of the sample is measured,the causticity to the waterproof material is investigated when the immersion medium is mixed,and the restricted relation of the composite immersion mediums is studied. The results show that when the viscosity of C1- is less than 7.5%, the rusty behavior of O4^2- and strong alkali to the waterproof membrane will be suppressed effectually,but the rusty of waterproof membrane by the mixture of O4^2- and alkali will accelerate.
