残杀威与增效剂复配对3地市淡色库蚊的杀灭效果

摘要 目的提高残杀威对淡色库蚊的杀灭效果。方法采用WHO生物测试法,测定3地市淡色库蚊对残杀威与3种增效剂混用的敏感性,计算LC50、回归方程、增效系数,比较杀灭效果。结果残杀威+氯化胡椒基丁醚(S1)增效系数分别为泰安市7.78~8.02,滕州市3.18~5.14,济宁市2.23~4.57;残杀威+八氯二丙醚(S2)分别为泰安市5.13~9.49,滕州市3.27~8.12,济宁市2.19~4.57;残杀威+增效胺分别为泰安市1.65~2.40,滕州市1.57~2.44,济宁市1.06~2.02。结论当淡色库蚊对残杀威产生抗药性后,将残杀威与增效剂混用,显示出较好的增效作用。 Objective To enhance the killing effect of propoxur against Culex pipiens pallens, collected from Tengzhou, Taian and Jining cities in Shandong Province. Method WHO standard bioassay method was employed to calculate LC50, regression equation and synergistic coefficients. Result The synergistic coefficients of propoxur mixed with SI ( piperonyl butoxode), S2 ( octachlorodipropyl ether) and MGK-264 were 2. 23 - 8. 02, 2. 19 - 9. 49 and 1.06 - 2. 44, respectively, showing good synergism. Conclusion After Culex pipiens pallens yields resistance to propoxur, the mixture with synergists may provide better efficacy to control the mosquito.
