摘要
总结了江苏机械工业利用外资的情况，分析了存在的问题，提出了今后利用外资工作的重点。
Based on recent survey of foreign investment in machinery industry,of Jiangsu Province.this article discusses the problems of foreign investment in Jiangsu machinery industry field-puts forward some suggestions of management and points out the key fieids of foreign invesment in future.
