大套泵站拍门技术改造方案的研究

摘要 针对大套电力抽水站起动过程中不稳定运行和拍门反拍剧烈的问题,依据运行记录和现场观测,从理论上分析其成因,进而通过对该站拍门多种改造方案的论证和比较,确定了减轻拍门重量并在大拍门上增开小拍门的方案。改造后的现场实测表明,该方案显著减轻了起动水烫,消除了拍门反拍中的巨大撞击力带来的不良后果,还增大了正常运行时的拍门开启角度,从而减小了拍门阻力损失,降低了能耗。 To counter the problems of unstable operation and slapping gate inverse slaps during the period of Staring at Datao Electrical Pumping Station, based on the operation records and spot checkings. the origin of above problems are analyzed theoretically . furthermore the technical renovation program of reducing sla -ping gate weight and opening an additional small slapping gate on the slapping gate is determined by the argumentation and comparison of the multiple projects. The spot checking indicates that the starting waterhammer is abated remarkably. the aftermath brought by the enormous percussive force during the process of slapping gate inverse slaps. and the opening angle of the slapping gate during normal operation is increased.and therefore the resistance loss is reduced and the power consumption is decreased.
