关于我国发展核电建设的几点建议

Suggestions for development of nuclear power construction of our country

根据目前我国核电建设发展的形式,结合核电工程建设中遇到的一些相关事例,简要分析了我国核电发展急需解决的问题,即设计标准不统一和国产化较低。在了解我国核电远景目标和国内相关制造业的水平等基础上,提出了我国核电国产化工作的努力方向和建议,必须要制定符合我国国情的核电建设标准建立建全核电材料、设备国产化生产基地、加大人才培育等一些有力措施,坚持自主发展、自主创新,促进中国核电事业又好又快发展。

According to present China＇s nuclear power construction and development the good tendency and prospect ,combined with the author engaged in some related cases which the nuclear power engineering construction meets, the summary analysis has restricted China＇s nuclear power development to face the solution the problem needed, that is not unified design standards and localization is more Low.In knowing of the China＇s Medium-and long-term Nuclear Power Development Program and the level of Manufacturing Industry, and proposed China＇s nuclear power localization devolopment direction and the suggestion diligently,is to constituted China own nuclear power construction standards,institute and complete the nuclear materials, equipment,localization manufacturer,increase the training of qualified professionals, and some effective measures, preserve in independent innovation and development, promotes the China nuclear power construction to be good ,fast and safe.
