On Active Involvement of Undergraduates' Employment Education for Libraries in Colleges and Universities

高校毕业生就业难已构成一个突出的社会问题。图书馆作为高校的一部分应积极参与就业教育之中。做好这项工作,有利于学校的可持续发展,有利于社会的安定。就业教育的重点内容是帮助毕业生树立就业的信心。参与就业教育,应转变图书馆的服务观念,搭建宣传教育平台,加强与毕业生的联系,发挥群体优势,建立"馆际"联系,提供就业信息等。

The severe situation of employment for undergraduates in colleges and universities has become an outstanding social problem. Libraries ; as part of colleges and universities, should take the responsibility of employment education actively. If we can do it well, it will be beneficial beth for the cantinuable development of the universities and for the stability of the society. The main content of employment education includes helping graduates set up confidence of employment. To involve in employment education, the librairies＇ service idea should be transformed, the propaganda platform of education should be set up, the relationship with the undergraduates should be strengthened, the advances of unions should be developed, the associations among librarians should be reinforced and employment information should be offered.
