摘要 以SO42-/MxOy型固体超强酸为催化剂合成吡咯烷,考察了反应温度、进料速度、反应物配比对反应的影响。结果表明:反应温度为240℃,进料速度为1.25mL/min,1,4-丁二醇和30%氨水的摩尔比为1∶2.5时效果最佳,吡咯烷的产率可达79.5%,该合成工艺应用固体超强酸催化剂具有催化活性高、催化速率快、化学稳定性好、无环境污染等优点。 The Pyrrolidine was synthesized from reaction of 1,4-butanediol and methylamine catalyzed by SO4^2-/MxOy solid superacid.The influence of heating temperature, the speed of injecting raw materials, ratio of reactants were examined. The optimal conditions for this reaction were as follows: reaction temperature 240℃, the speed of injecting raw materials 1.25 mL/min; molar ratio of aniline to tetrahydrofuran 1 : 2.5. The yield was up to 79.5 %, The superacid catalyst has the characteristics of high catalytic activities and rate, good chemical stability and little waste discharge in the synthesis.
