反式2-硝基噻吩乙烯的合成工艺改进

摘要 利用DMF和噻吩为原料,首先合成2-噻吩甲醛,再将2-噻吩甲醛与硝基甲烷在正丁胺为催化剂下合成反式2-硝基噻吩乙烯,该合成工艺反应条件温和,易控制,原料价廉易得,且后处理简单易行,更有利于工业化生产;在最佳反应条件下,二步总收率为78%。 2-(Nitrovinyl)thiophene was prepared from nitromethane and 2-Thenaldehyde on n-butylamine catalyst, and 2-thenaldehyde was synthesized with DMF and thiophene as starting material. The improved process had many advantages, such as the mild reaction condition, easy to be controlled, the low-price materials and easier to be popularized in industry. Under the optimum conditions, the overall yield of the process was 78 %.
