摘要
综述了近年来国内外有关邻硝基苯甲醛化学合成方法的研究进展和成果。重点阐述了以邻硝基苄醇、邻硝基甲苯和其它化合物为起始原料,以过氧化物、铬酐、高锰酸钾和氧气/空气等为氧化剂的合成方法。其中,以邻硝基甲苯为原料、金属卟啉为催化剂、氧气/空气为氧化剂的合成方法具有反应条件温和、氧化剂清洁且廉价易得、操作简单、环境友好等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Research progress in preparation of o-nitrobenzaldehyde was reviewed. A comprehensive introduction was made for the preparation of o-nitrobenzaldehyde, involving the methods using o-nitrobenzyl alcohol, o-nitrotoluene and other compounds as starting materials, peroxide, chromic anhydride, KMnO4 and O2 as oxidants. Further investigations will be focused on the reaction which uses o-nitrotoluene as raw material, metalloporphyrins as catalysts and Oz as oxidant because of its advantages and features such as milder reaction conditions, cheaper and cleaner oxidant, simpler operation as well as environment-friendly.
