摘要 文章对过渡金属配合物与DNA相互作用的研究和应用进行了归纳和分析,在过渡金属配合物可用于DNA分子光开关、DNA二级结构探针、DNA错配碱基识别探针、DNA切割试剂等方面进行了总结和探索。 In the paper, analysis of interactions between transition metal complexes and DNA was summarized. The transition metal complexes can be used for DNA molecular light switch, DNA secondary structure probe, DNA probes to identify base pair mismatches, DNA cleavage reagents, etc. Those applications were studied and explored.
