摘要
随着我国工业的发展,大气污染状况也越来越严重。造成大气污染的主要原因之一是燃煤锅炉烟道气产生的烟尘,其主要成份是SO2和NOx,而且烟道气中有害的SO2、NOx往往同时存在。但是脱SO2、脱NOx两个催化过程相互影响,特别是在脱NOx过程中,由于SO2的存在,往往使催化剂中毒。近年来联合脱硫脱硝技术是烟气治理的发展方向。系统介绍了催化剂法、固体废弃物法、电子束法等脱硫脱硝技术,探讨了其脱除过程及相关反应原理。
As the development of our industry, air pollution is becoming more and more severity. One of the main reason of air pollution is soot which is brought from coal boiler flue gas. The main component of flue gas is SO2 NOx, SO2 and NOx often being in flue gas simultaneity. But desulfurization and denitrification interact with each other, especially in denitrification process, as the existing of SO2, often bringing about poisoning of catalyst. The paper summarized the incorporate technique of desulfurization and denitrification, including catalyst method, solid castoff method, electron beam method and so on. The reaction process and theory among them having been given.
