心叶黄花稔多糖的微波提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides in Sida CordifoliaL. by Microwave

文章对心叶黄花稔多糖微波提取工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明:微波提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶70,pH=7,微波强度80W,提取时间24min。该工艺条件下多糖得率达12.33%,平均回收率为95.51%。微波提取法具有节省时间、节约能量、提取效率高、控制方便等优点。

In the paper, the extraction technology ofpolysaccharides in Sida cordifoliaL, by microwave was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions of the extraction technology were obtained as follows： the ratio of material to solvent 1 ： 50, pH=7, microwave power 80 W and extraction time 24 min Using the technology, the extraction yield of polysaccharides was 12.33 %, and recovery rate was 95.51%. The microwave method saved both time and energy, which was convenient and efficient.
