摘要
探索新鱼腥草素钠的合成新路线。以月桂酸、二氯亚砜为起始原料经氯化、酰化、脱羧合成新鱼腥草素钠。结果表明,产物经元素分析、IR、H-NMR等结构确证证明其结构,总收率51.9%。该方法优化了反应条件和投料比,缩短了反应时间,简化了操作步骤,适合工业化生产。
To improve synthetic route of sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate. Sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate was synthesized from dodecoic acid and thionyl chloride via several steps involving chlorination, acylation and decarboxylation reactions. Results showed the synthesized compound proved to be neohouttuynin sodium by elementary analysis, IR,H-NMR etc, the total yield was 51.9 %. The improved synthetic route optimized the synthetic process and was worthy to have a further pilot manufacture.
